Jade’s role as a Recruitment Consultant involves her sourcing and vetting suitable candidates for our clients. It is her responsibility to build a good rapport with the candidates all the while maintaining regular contact throughout their recruitment journey.
Jade has 13 years experience in HR with a famous high street brand. During this time she was responsible for the running of 2 stores and looking after over 30 staff, including all their recruitment and training needs as well as all other managerial duties. Her previous HR background along with her passion and enthusiasm for the Hospitality Industry make Jade the ideal person to look after our candidates.
Tamsin brings enthusiasm, passion and world class business knowledge to the Viking team and works closely with Steve and Lorraine gaining new business. Having worked with and for some of the UK’s biggest brands, Tamsin is our secret weapon for ensuring faultless delivery on every aspect of a project.
